A Lifeline for a Lifetime...
www.SpahHealth.org

Under this program a community is evaluated for its needs and then the development program is tailored accordingly. This engages the main elements of medical care, water, sanitation, building facilities and education.
The local village leadership are encouraged to take ownership in the change process by being involved in the discussions for planning and ultimately the project outcomes and long term custodianship for capacity building.

SPAH works with its In Country Partner in the Solomon Islands who have been established there for 60 years.
The SDA Solomon Islands MIssion (SIM) is a government endorsed organisation. They are in close partnership with ADRA (operating in 120 countries world wide) and are also in direct consultation with the WHO. So a fully cooperative group of organisations exist that SPAH is in partnership with to achieve its aid and development goals.
